"You can tell the building is old and needs some renovations. The surrounding area has a lot of homeless zombies hanging around. But, the room was spacious and clean which I appreciated. The staff was also very accommodating."

"Location is very walkable to downtown amenities. The graduation venue- beautiful Orpheum Theater- we attended was not only across the street, we were able to see it from our room. Hot weekend visit to Phoenix was memorable… got to know downtown, nearby Roosevelt District and visited two museums and a Japanese Friendship garden in addition to the medical school graduation. All done without a car… hotel is conveniently close to transit and easy access from airport."

"This resort was truly a gem!!! They have filled every corner of this property with the most beautiful landscaping. We spent our entire weekend relaxing by the pool, at the spa, enjoying wonderful breakfasts at T. Cooks and just taking in all the beauty with so many places to sit and relax. We will definitely be back."
